Step 1: Schedule Your Appointment

Step 2: Complete Your Evaluation
During your consultation, your doctor will review your condition and determine whether you qualify for the West Virginia Medical Cannabis Program. If approved, your physician will issue a medical cannabis certification, which is required to register with the state. Once certified, you’re officially eligible to complete your registration through the West Virginia Office of Medical Cannabis (OMC) online portal.
Step 3: Register and Receive Your Medical Marijuana Card
After obtaining your certification, complete your application through the West Virginia Medical Cannabis Portal by submitting your physician certification, a valid West Virginia driver’s license or state ID, proof of residency (if your ID doesn’t show your current address), a digital photo, and payment of the $50 state registration fee. Once approved, you’ll receive your West Virginia Medical Marijuana Card, which allows you to legally purchase cannabis products from any licensed dispensary across the state. Your card remains valid for one year, and HealifyNowMMJCards will notify you ahead of time to renew — ensuring you never lose access to your medical treatment or relief.
