Get your Medical Marijuana Card in Connecticut

Get safe, legal relief through Connecticut’s Medical Marijuana Program (MMP) with the guidance of licensed healthcare professionals who truly understand your medical needs. At HealifyNowMMJCards, we make the process to obtain your medical marijuana certification simple, confidential, and fully compliant with state regulations.

A Simple, Legal 3-Step Process

Your Path to Medical Cannabis in Connecticut

Step 1: Schedule Your Appointment

Getting started is easy. Schedule a convenient appointment with a Connecticut-licensed physician or advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) through HealifyNowMMJCards.
You can complete your evaluation virtually or in person, depending on your preference. We’ll collect a few medical details so your provider can better understand your condition and tailor the consultation to your needs.

Step 2: Complete Your Evaluation

During your consultation, your healthcare provider will carefully review your medical history, current symptoms, and treatment options. If you qualify, your practitioner will certify your eligibility and submit your information directly to the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) — no paperwork or hassle required.
Once certified, you’ll receive an email from the DCP with instructions on how to complete your online registration.

Step 3: Register with the State

Follow the link in your DCP email to log in and finish your registration. You’ll upload proof of identity, proof of Connecticut residency, and a current photo. Once approved, you’ll receive your Connecticut Medical Marijuana Registration Certificate, granting you full access to licensed dispensaries statewide.
You can then legally purchase medical cannabis products, including tinctures, edibles, oils, and flower — all regulated for safety and quality under Connecticut’s MMP.

Important

Patients must be 18 years or older (minors may qualify through a designated caregiver).

The registration fee is $100, valid for 12 months.

All patient records and communications are kept strictly confidential by the DCP.

Annual recertification and re-registration are required to maintain an active card.
